Two two-story, loft-like suites – each with its own secluded outdoor area, kitchenette and dishwasher. Includes Burgenland Card, WiFi and parking space.

Katzenstiege
The larger of the two suites: two-story, flooded with light and with its own, completely secluded roof terrace. Here you can have breakfast in the morning sun, have a barbecue in the evening – and watch the storks in the nest opposite.

The refuge for two: two-story, with its own patio allotment that gets sun all day long – and is completely shielded from the rest of the house. Absolute peace, guaranteed.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. · Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
Since our reception is not always staffed, please let us know the approximate time you will arrive on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to collect your key, leave your luggage and enjoy Mörbisch.
Additional costs at a glance
- Local tax / city tax: € 4.50 per person and night
- Final cleaning: from € 30.00
- Additional bed Children 2–12 years: € 20.00 per night and person
- Additional bed from 12 years: € 35.00 per night and person
- Pet (dog/cat): € 15.00 per night
Children
Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. Due to the two-story living levels, we do not recommend our suites for babies and small children.
Pets
Your four-legged friends (dog and/or cat) are very welcome (€ 15.00 per night). Please pay attention to hygiene and ensure that other house guests are not disturbed.
Payment terms
40% deposit when booking via bank transfer – your suite is booked in immediately. You can pay the remaining 60% conveniently upon arrival, in cash or by card (EC, Visa, Mastercard). The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the total price (your deposit)
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Within 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
- On the day of arrival or in the event of cancellation: 100%
We always try to rent canceled suites to someone else. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply, place of jurisdiction: Eisenstadt.
